Seminar “Crisis. A magic kick to unlock the resource.” Overcoming the crisis and finding inner resources. Consideration of the consequences of the crisis and techniques for activating the internal resources of the individual.
First, there was the covid pandemic, and now Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Many people have exhausted their internal resources, giving up, suffering from somatic diseases and destructive mental manifestations. But some manage to find resources, be stable and help others. In this seminar, we will look at how to be in the resource, not to burn out and not to lose the desire and strength to live.
We will discuss:
- The other side of the crisis;
- Possible consequences of the crisis;
- Where and how to draw internal resources;
- Factors that may hinder accessing unlimited internal resources.
The seminar will also introduce techniques for activating personal internal resources.
