Basic Course “Resource Psychology and Psychotherapy” (updated)
The Association of Resource Psychology and Psychotherapy invites you to the 4th updated and adapted training course in resource psychology and psychotherapy.
Online training starts on August 14, 2023, 1-2 times a week, Mon and/or Fri at 20.00.
Author and host – Dmytrik Ivan, a doctor, psychologist-psychotherapist, Head of the Association of Resource Psychology and Psychotherapy, co-founder of Molfa Hub – a network of psychological assistance and military psycho-rehabilitation centers.
Course Structure (8 sessions).
- Concept of resource psychology. Life scenarios, cycles, life line.
- Internal and external resources. Search and activation. Internal supports. Ways of forming and checking reliability.
- Self-identification and self-actualization. “I” concept. Self-identification. Combination of subpersonalities.
- Over I, the core of personality, the inner sage. The technique of conscious dissociation. Work with dualities, harmonization of personality structure. The body as a tool in resource psychology.
- Working with the military from the position of resource psychotherapy: individual counseling (features of online and offline consultations). 7-step RP model in working with the military. Features of team building and decompression using resource psychotherapy approach.
- Working with guilt, aggression, depressive states from the RP position.
- Crises: features of overcoming with the help of RP.
- Author’s techniques for working with the resource. Certification.
The course is based on 70% practical exercises, author’s personal cases, and recommendations. You will also receive tools for work (tests, sets of pictures, etc.). Demonstration sessions will be held if the group is ready. And is designed in such a way that it will be useful for practicing psychologists, psychotherapists in work with clients, as well as for personal use by those who do not have a basic psychological education. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from the Association of Resource Psychology and Psychotherapy – 90 hours (3 ECTS credits). All participants will be able to join the intervision group.
