Training in resource psychology and resource psychotherapy

Life during the war at the front, in the conflict zone, and in more peaceful regions puts a lot of psychological pressure on people. War leaves traces not only on the physical but also on the emotional and psychological levels. Stress, anxiety, and post-traumatic reactions are just some of the problems that military personnel, veterans, and their families face. In such situations, psychological support becomes extremely important.

Specialists from the Association of Resource Psychology and Psychotherapy have extensive experience working with military personnel and their families. The practical knowledge and skills gained over the years help us to provide effective support to people with psychological problems caused by military events. We are open to sharing this experience and enabling others to get involved in providing psychological assistance to fellow citizens.

What methods of psychological support do we use?

Our main specialization is resource-based psychology and psychotherapy. These methods emphasize the internal resources of a person, his or her capabilities for self-development and self-healing. Instead of focusing exclusively on problems and negative aspects of life, resource-based psychology and psychotherapy are aimed at identifying and mobilizing the inner strengths and potential of each individual.

These approaches allow people to look at situations from different perspectives, develop self-regulation strategies, increase awareness of their own emotions and thoughts, and find alternative ways to solve problems.

Resource-based psychotherapy allows you to work directly with the consequences of trauma, while maintaining the safety and comfort of the person. This is especially important when working with military personnel, prisoners of war, and veterans who may be too vulnerable to recalling events related to their service experience.
