Resource psychotherapy in the context of military and traumatic events. A seminar for professionals and anyone facing the consequences of psychological trauma.
Currently, a large number of people living in Ukraine are facing events that traumatize our psyche: the very fact of war, anxieties, shelling, the loss of loved ones or close ones, the loss of stability, the inability to plan, and much more.
There are many approaches to psychotherapy for the consequences of psychological trauma. Resource psychotherapy offers an approach that allows stabilizing clients and encouraging post-traumatic growth without directly addressing the traumatic event. This is safer for both clients and psychologists, psychotherapists.
This approach has proven itself well in working with military personnel, their families, people who have experienced occupation, and many other traumatic events.
I invite you to this seminar, which will be beneficial for psychologists, psychotherapists, medical and social workers, educators, as well as ordinary people who have encountered the experience of traumatic events.
During the seminar, we will cover:
- Principles of resource psychotherapy;
- Algorithm for working with psychologically traumatic events from the perspective of resource psychotherapy;
- Personal successful cases of clients with these requests;
